Commitments of Lorient Bretagne Sud Tourisme

The Lorient Agglomération Tourist Office is currently category II classified. It is a member of the Offices de Tourisme de France network. It is committed to:

- making available a reception area and information space easily accessible to visitors,

- facilitating your searches,

- providing furniture where you can sit down,

- informing you free of charge about local tourist attractions,

- offering you free access to Wi-Fi,

- displaying our opening times in at least two foreign languages,

- opening minimum 240 days per year including Saturdays and Sundays during tourist periods or events,

- replying to your mail all year round,

- receiving visitors with personnel speaking at least two foreign languages,

- providing tourist maps, plans and guides on paper,

- offering access to our trilingual website,

- providing tourist information also on paper translated into at least two foreign languages about:

-> all classified tourist accommodation with at least the name of the establishment, the address, the email, website, telephone numbers and level of classification;

-> cultural, natural and leisure tourist sites and monuments with information about fees, opening times and periods, the website, address and telephone numbers;

-> events;

-> emergency telephone numbers.

- updating tourist information annually,

- displaying emergency telephone numbers outside the agency,

- presenting all qualified offers within its area for all clients,

- dealing with your complaints and measuring your satisfaction,

- following a quality policy,

- making available a holiday advisor,

- ensuring reliable and valid information about local tourist attractions.
